Terms and conditions for claim under risk covered:
1. Claim shall be intimated within 24 hrs of the delivery. No claim shall be taken into consideration after 24 hours of the delivery.
2. The claim amount sanctioned is solely the responsilbility of the insurance company and GPM is not liable of the same.
3. Claim shall be taken into consideration only if the insurance is opted at the time of moving.
4. For all risk insurance, original photographs are required at the time of packing.
5. All claims will be settled within a period of 45-60 days post approval from the team handling that particular claim.
